First off, this site is driving me crazy, I got knocked off 2 times trying to post. I think it's just the computer, but still, man! Anyway, vacation halted research for a bit, but now we're back, so back to work. We have the GFP sequence! *Happy dance* We still need to find the genome for our bacteria. Have we decided on Pseudomonas putida or what? If we are, I have a lot of null and void junkn research on other bacterias. But hey, we might not be able to tag the putida bacteria. We won't know until we can come up with its genome and compare the proteins. I feel like we might be missing something. If there's something we need to and haven't researched yet, send me an e-mail I guess.

Good to see yo guys are hard at work. dont forget to post on the ccc global challenge forum. Kenny and Taylor, don't forget about Friday. We will see Marc Zimmer. He may be willing to help you.
